From 9am check out Holding It In, it's a show with plenty of chat, gossip and name dropping. Join Michael and Lulu as they de brief, (not literally) on the week that was. A mix of pop with a drop of bitchiness adds up to a couple of hours of hilarity.

Theme Party is on from 11pm and in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the moon landing they'll have a special MOON show. They’ll be riding on the moon and flying to the moon and we’ll even have songs about blue moons, paper moons and old devil moons. All this in addition to their regular segments: Nat’s Conversation Pit, Katie’s Clutch Purse and Daniel’s Cocktail Menu. Next week’s theme: FIVE.
